His career spans all three tiers of the beverage alcohol industry, with proven success in sales, trade development, analytics, and business intelligence.

As Director of Business Intelligence at Redwood Brands, Matthew led cross-functional teams, implemented advanced forecasting and CRM systems, and drove initiatives that exceeded market benchmarks. His leadership played a key role in the successful launch and exits of brands including Ritual Beverage and Mr. Black.

Previously, at Breakthru Beverage, he served as Director of Analytics, where he designed and executed systems that improved communication, streamlined operations, and expanded access to actionable insights.
